of the small business sector. This has included the Business Improvement Programme (funded by Mid & East Antrim Borough Council) as well as the
Coastal Tourism Hub (funded by the Coastal Communities Fund).
This success has been achieved through the alignment of an experienced core team of staff with expertise in the development, implementation and administration
of business support programmes and working with a pool of experienced mentors.
Meet the Team
Kelli has 19 years’ experience in the Enterprise sector and has been instrumental in the development of innovative and flexible business support programmes such as the Business Improvement Programme and Coastal Tourism Hub. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of Carrickfergus Enterprise.
Lorna has nearly 20 years’ experience in the sector, providing financial administration and customer support to Carrickfergus Enterprise tenants and business clients. She is the first point of contact for property and room hire enquiries.
Alan has been with Carrickfergus Enterprise since 2012 and has experience of assisting a broad range of clients both at start up and growth stage. He is the key contact for start up programmes such as Go For It.
